Help with placing an order
Enter the quantity of items, payment methods and delivery options to your ordered items
Press the button “Go to Checkout“, and start the order process.
If you are not signed in yet, you have to do it now. Therefore you enter your email address and the password you created.
This is the first time you are ordering at our shop?
Please only enter your email address and select “I am a new customer“.
Please enter your entire Invoice Address. Moreover you have to confirm your knowledge of our GTC. Please read the GTC and tick off the button.
You only have to enter a password at this step if you are a new customer.
Please select the address your items should be delivered to. If the address does not yet exist, enter a new one.
Review your order details. Check your entered information, items and invoice.
Click “Place your order“, to finish your order and make it legally valid.
By sending you an email the supplier will legally conclude the purchase agreement.

How can I make a change in my order?

Where is my order?
>> By delivering your package to DHL, you will immediately receive a delivery confirmation with your tracking number. Following that link you could track your order anytime.
Dispatch and Delivery
How long does it take until my order will be dispatched?
>> Orders that are received between Monday and Friday until 12 o´clock will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise we will dispatch it the next workday. Orders with the payment method “Prepayment/ Withdrawal“ will be dispatched after received payment. According to the Bank this will take between 1 – 3 workdays. In urgent cases we recommend other methods of payment.
