It is quite possible that your order is already being processed in the shipping center. In this case a cancellation is no longer possible. Please refuse to accept the package upon delivery or return it to us upon receipt.

We at modeherz try to save paper as much as possible. This is reflected above all in our internal processes, but also in the fact that we avoid using unnecessary amounts of paper.

If our customers wish to return a product, we will of course send them a return slip by e-mail. In addition, every customer can create a return slip for himself: Retoure

As soon as we receive your return, our returns department will process your return immediately. The refund will be made back to this account according to your chosen payment method.

We are extremely anxious for a smooth, trouble-free and fast process. Therefore, we will do our utmost to process your return as quickly as possible and refund the amount paid. 

This process will take 1-2 business days from the time we receive your return. At extreme peak times (Christmas / holidays, etc.) this process may be delayed.

COVID-19 currently makes it difficult for us to process returns, which can lead to a small delay in the refund. 

Therefore we ask you for a little patience. We have processed every incoming return in the past years. And so we will process yours as well.

Complaint

Since leather is a natural product and as individual as a fingerprint, scratches can occur very quickly during the various processing steps. However, this does not constitute a defect.

Many models only get their very own and individual touch, their own "patina" when they are used / worn. So it becomes more beautiful and individual from time to time.

Nevertheless it is a matter of the heart for us that our customers are satisfied. Therefore you can of course make use of your 1-month right of return.

In case of a complaint, please send us pictures of the defect with a short description and your customer or order number by e-mail to info@modeherz.de. The complaint team will then contact you immediately.

If a package arrives damaged, we would like to ask you either to refuse acceptance or to open the package in the presence of the deliverer. If the goods are damaged or even missing, a careful documentation of the facts is very important for an uncomplicated refund. Please report the damage within 7 days to the German Post Office or have the deliverer issue a damage confirmation report. As soon as we receive the damaged goods and your documentation, we will find a solution together, such as an exchange or replacement.

Orders that are received and paid for by 4 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. Orders with the payment method "Prepayment / Bank Transfer" will be shipped only after receipt of payment. Depending on the bank this can take between 1 - 3 working days. For urgent orders we recommend to choose another payment method.

Normally the delivery time of DHL is between 24 and 48 hours. However, if DHL should take a little longer, we ask you to use the DHL shipment search. Simply enter your shipment number here and you will immediately receive the current status of your shipment.

We try to work paper-free as much as possible. Since the invoice is not important for many of our customers and ends up in the therapy basket immediately after receipt, we have decided not to include invoices in the package. You will always receive the invoice automatically by e-mail after the order is completed.

First you measure your girth. On the basis of this circumference you choose in our store the width which is closest to your measured circumference. Important: This is your waist size (e.g. W85) and is usually measured from the buckle to the middle hole. The total length of the belt is usually longer!

This is due to the fact that we only send perfect goods to our customers. And the packaging must also be flawless. It happens that bags tear on the way from suppliers to us.

We also photograph our products ourselves. Here too, it can happen that the packaging is no longer visually appealing after this process.
